About the Organisation

St John’s Community Care is one of the largest not for profit service providers in Far North Queensland servicing 8 centres across Qld. We enrich the lives of the elderly and people with disability by providing in home support that assists them to remain living in their home independently.

About you

• You will have a passion for leading by example and are looking to take your leadership skills to the next level
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in Client and Staff Data Base systems
• Passionate about building internal, external and community relationships
• Strong ability and desire to learn and grasp concepts quickly
• Proven strong analytical ability that delivers solution based outcomes
• Extremely organised, strong attention to detail and time management
• Thrive and can multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Energetic, self-motivated and results orientated
• Ability to motivate and inspire others when working with a team
