TANDI presents an exciting opportunity to shape the service delivery of residential aged care into the future during a period of significant change.
We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to assist in establishing and developing our new, state of the art 144 bed aged care residence based in Cairns which opened in November 2020 and will grow to approximately 250 employees.
You must be highly organised, comfortable with learning new technology, discrete and able to effectively communicate with a wide range of people including staff, residents and family members.
Your key responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to all enquiries from our residents, staff, family and friends that come to the residence both face to face and over the phone. You would be completing the full range of front desk and administrative support and follow up.
