Salary Range $60,000k – $64,500k

• Award Rates + Super + FBT + 17.5% leave loading

St John’s Community Care is one of the largest not for profit service providers in Far North Queensland servicing 8 centres across Qld.

We enrich the lives of the elderly and people with disability by providing in home support that assists them to remain living in their home independently.

About you

• Excellent phone manner and communication skills
• Passion for providing quality positive customer service
• Experience in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in Client and Staff Data Base, POS systems
• Strong ability and desire to learn and grasp concepts quickly
• Proven ability that delivers solution based outcomes
• Extremely organised, strong attention to detail and time management
• Thrive and can multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Energetic, self-motivated and results orientated
